5Payments and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. One-time purchases are charged at purchase time.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime through account settings. Upon cancellation:

All content provided by Camino—including prompts, course materials, methodologies, The CALVO Method, software, designs, logos, and written content—is owned by Camino Institute and protected by intellectual property laws.
Restrictions
You may not:

- * Create derivative works based on our methodologies

10Coaching Services
For subscription tiers that include coaching:
- * Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled through our booking system
- * Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance
- * Session Limits: Unused sessions don't roll over
- * Not Therapy: Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment

Course access is determined by your subscription tier. Materials are for personal learning only and may not be shared or used commercially.

13Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMINO INSTITUTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
